We have some great new merchandise this year so be prepared and stock up on Birthday and Christmas presents early.

We also have had some beautiful gift cards designed for us to help with our fundraising, based on the butterfly (our symbol of breaking free). They are blank on the inside, so are perfect for any occasion.

How to order
Simply fill out the order form [1] and send to the office either by fax or post.

Payment
Consignment orders are available to members who wish to sell the merchandise at an Awareness Week stall (see the front page for more details) or to family and friends. All unsold merchandise must be returned with money raised. Cheques or money orders should be made out to “ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Society of NSW Inc”.

Postage
A flat postage rate of $2.50 will be charged on all orders, however members are welcome to pick up merchandise from the office. For bulky items (A8, A9, and large orders) we encourage a postage charge of $5. Consignment orders for Awareness Week stalls will be sent postage free.

Receipt
A receipt will be included with all orders. Optional donations over $2 are 100% tax deductible, however merchandise is not.

Blank cards & gift tags [12]
Designs come in two sizes: blank cards (10.5x15 cm) or gift tags (5x7 cm). Inside, the cards are blank, with a small piece of text on the back explaining that the cards support the Society.

Blank cards are $3.00 each, or $12.00 for a pack of 5.
Gift tags are $1.00, each or $4.00 for a pack of 5.
