has anyone else noticed that when you drink even a small glass of alcohol, you might have a good or even better than usual day the next day, but then bang, you get really wiped out the following day. i find that a small glass of wine in very relaxing, but i generall try not to drink at all, as the consequences can be brutal.

prolonged reaction to alcohol
Hi John M,
I think I've experienced that once or twice, some time ago. On those times I've found some things, like moving around and switching between activities easier than usual, but found tasks requiring intellectual concentration difficult- as if my intellectual edge had been sand papered.
Usually, I tend towards having what I think of as extended week long hangover, after just one drink (and that one can make me tipsy for hours). Now I avoid alcohol as much as possible too.
Best, Jen
Delayed reaction
Hi John
I find that alcohol affects me for days after I drink it; so much so that I try not to drink at all now as it simply is not worth it.
