Gupta Advanced CFS/ME Recovery programme

I started the Gupta Advanced CFS/ME Recovery programme a couple of weeks ago and within a couple of days had an improvement. I then had a set back - nothing to do with the programme - but have started to improve again.

It has resulted in around 70% of people fully recovering and over 90% improving. Even at this stage I would thoroughly recommend it providing you intend to stick to it - its a lot of work but not difficult - you can even do it if confined to bed. With the high exchange rate for the Australian dollar it costs just over $200. It consists of 5 DVD, 1 CD a workbook and a map and if you don't improve after 12 months they will refund your money.
