These were also discussed in the support group. I've tried to get the main products in one place. There's no society endorsement of these but some people have found some of them useful. Like anything you have to be careful how you use them - same as Graded Exercise or ice cream - if you have too much in one go you'll get an increase in symptoms or brain freeze (literally!). Using these products will use up your activity capacity (so you may need to reduce other things while first starting - I reduced my exercise program for a couple of weeks to create space for the symptom increase while I fine tuned my cognitive program) but it may also fix bottlenecks in working memory or speed of processing which may make things easier overall.
