I went to Dr Richard Scloeffel for mild case of CFS and he was sucessfully able to treat me. Any body suffering from CFS or if they suspect they have it then they should go to Dr. Richard Schloeffel.

Hi,
I bought his DVD from the society......it was very informative and he sounds great....I thought this sounds like a good person to go and see....then at the end of the dvd he said that as he was so busy he restricted patients to those under 25yrs (sadly that counts me out )he felt like he had more to offer the young as they still had a life in front of them....and I agree this may be so ...but what about the rest of us we also still have a life to live.....but thats my loss...for the young ones out there it would most likely be worth your while trying to get in to see him or at least buy his dvd as it was only $15 money well spent....I actually bought one for my GP as well and he found it quite interesting as well.....

Yeah it is frustrating
Yeah it is frustrating trying to find a knowledgable doctor or specialist to treat you. With my condition most GP's aren't willing to take it on board and learn about it and there is a cardiology specialist in Sydney who knows about it but wouldn't take me on as a patient. Then I discovered that he was involved in a study of patients with my condition and a new expensive medication. Naturally I'd want to be able to work through other more established options firstly but it's annoying that I would have to pay $90 per month for this med whilst those on the trial get it for free and patients with a cardiologist get it for much less if they'd exhausted other options.
