Sometimes the amount of information available on ME/CFS can make your head spin. Books upon books of technical information and complicated studies, oodles of weird and wonderful cures, it can be enough to make you want to scream.

One carer has decided to make things that little bit simpler for others by creating a document designed to provide simple to understand information in an easily digestible format. He's not a doctor or a medical specialist, he's one of the wonderful people who devote their time to caring for those of us who are unwell on a day-to-day basis, and he wanted to help out others in the same situation.
