Research Study - Sleep

How well do you sleep and how good do you feel during the day? 

A research team from the School of Psychology at Flinders University are currently running a study investigating Australians’ experiences of sleep and how they feel during the time they are awake.  One aim of the study includes trialling a new and promising measure of daytime fatigue.  This new measure could provide opportunities for better identification and understanding of fatigue-related conditions.

The study takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.  In return for completing the questionnaire participants receive personalised feedback on their responses and are also invited to enter the draw to win one of several cash prizes. Participation is greatly encouraged to facilitate research into the understanding and measurement of fatigue.
The study has received ethics approval and all information provided in the study remains confidential and is not personally identifiable.  The questionnaire will be available early April and can be accessed at:
